Mind Reengineering and Purpose
Mind Reengineering and Purpose (MRP) in the most simplistic rendering is the scientific way of improving a person’s output by tweaking the mind to perform and produce higher results, especially in one’s best field of practice.
MRP focuses on the mind and its components; decision-making, memory activities, envisioning etc. and purpose-field. Purpose-field is a methodological process of arriving at a job description by summing up a person’s strengths and weaknesses over a period of time.
One of the widely used aspect of the MRP theory is the Performance and Productivity Report (PPR). The PPR captures the measurements of a person’s statistics and the most recent output in percentage. In the report, for example, communication between two people can be measured using an algorithm from the mind frequency. The system can establish, measure and confirm mind to mind communication using the person’s mind frequency code reported on the PPR.
MRP has been in progress for over 20 years and was finally coupled to effectively enhance performance and productivity of people and their businesses in December 2018.
MRP is an acronym for Mind Reengineering and Purpose theory, which was developed to enhance performance and productivity of people and their businesses.
It is the arm of the MRP enhancement program that looks at the human constructs of a particular person; the mind (conviction, learning and decision-making) and the mind’s direction (the amalgamation of the strengths and weaknesses to arrive at a best field of expertise to perform and produce optimally with little or no evident downtimes).
It is the business analytics aspect of the theory that focuses on the Visionary (founder(s)), Framework (Business organization) and Workforce (People) to enhance output.
It is the arm of the MRP that seeks to build family and nation to maximally utilize giftedness and inheritance to boost overall development. It looks at member states’ compositions, prioritization, capital, investment and return on investment to guide, collaborate and achieve new heights after each full trade cycle.

Commitment: The weight of commitment in a workplace reflects the inputs of the employee(s) and the employer(s). Comparatively responsive input increases weight.
Decision-making (BLOPAD): Quality of decision-making is derived from how the participant groups, arranges and cross-indexes members of a complex unrelated choices to form reasoning. The duration at which the participant arrives at a quality is measured as speed.
Memory Activity: Accuracy is measured by the learning of simple to scrambled alpha-numeric factors and placing them in their correct positions. Omission must be marked appropriately in their correct positions too.
Information Gathering Advanced Technique (IGAT): Report is processed by the number of cross-indexed members, in the decision-making program, exceeding 2 and it is used to make meaning of the participant’s life with an optional inclusion from the report’s author.
